Return Policy of Dr. Deepika’s Homeopathy Medical Kit
At Dr. Deepika’s Homeopathy, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your ordered kit, we offer a return policy under the following conditions:
- The seal of the kit must be intact and not broken.
- The kit must be unused and in its original condition.
To initiate a return, please contact us at +91-7652005589 or write to us at care@drdeepikashomeopathy.in within 15 days of placing your order. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with further instructions.
Once we receive your return request and confirm the eligibility of your kit for return, you will be provided with a return authorization. Please ensure that the kit is securely packaged and shipped back to us.
Upon receiving the sealed kit, we will initiate the refund process to the original payment source used for the purchase. Please allow [7 days] for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Please note that any shipping charges incurred for returning the kit will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
